Mayank has more than 15 years of experience in Automotive and Telecom Industries. Mayank has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (India) and an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering, now DCE DTU (India).

He is the Country Head MSX in India. He guides and supervises the quality of services delivered to the clients in India and is responsible for the financial results of the India unit. In his previous role, Mayank has headed operations for MSX India being in-charge of the service delivery and solution development teams. Mayank also worked in the capacity of Asia Pacific Program Head for a large-scale customer experience program for a major client of MSX International.

Prior to joining MSX, Mayank was working in a mobile gaming company. He has worked in the passenger car and commercial vehicle industries in various roles such as sales, marketing and product planning. His experience includes working with automotive OEM companies like General Motors, Ford, Eicher Motors (Now Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles). He is currently based out of New Delhi, India.
