Kasia Koprowicz-Bisogni is VP Strategy & CEO Office at MSX, driving the creation and execution of MSX’s strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, she spearheads strategic programs that align the organization with its Purpose and Vision. Her role extends to operational and corporate governance, fueling the company’s pursuit of excellence through LEAN transformation, and fostering sustainable growth across the organization.

With a rich and diverse background spanning numerous industries and geographies, Kasia brings a wealth of experience from her previous positions. Kasia also spent 10+ years at Bain & Company, most recently as Principal of strategic projects, focusing on results and team growth. These include senior roles at SIAE, where she led licensing and operations for the online exploitation of musical and audiovisual works and accelerated the annual growth of online royalties.

Kasia’s expertise extends to advising clients on strategy, commercial excellence, processes, and performance optimization, working across Europe. Fluent in Polish, Italian, English, and German, Kasia seamlessly bridges diverse cultures and perspectives.
