MSX International’s Chief Financial Officer of Retail Network Solutions, Nils-Johan Andersson is responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy and direction.

His duties include planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. For more than 30 years, Nils-Johan continues to transition companies to and from public offerings, instituting important financial measures to improve a company’s overall health and establish new reporting structures and policies that strengthen corporate governance.

Nils has also a vast experience on demanding Mergers & Acquisitions projects. Nils-Johan’s holds a Master’s degree in Business with a concentration in Economics from Jönköping University.
