Dirk leads MSX in growing the value of the sales customer journey and the retail transformation process of traditional OEMs and disruptors. In the 20 years prior to his engagement at MSX, Dirk held different VP roles at European manufacturers in sales, product, market intelligence, training, and strategy, in regions that include China, USA, Europe, and across the globe.
