MSX International announces the acquisition
of The Academy

MSX International (MSX), a leading, global provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing services to the mobility industry has closed the acquisition of The Academy, a sales training, coaching, and consulting company which serves the Italian automotive industry.
Founded in 2007 and based in Venice, Italy, The Academy specializes in sales, service and marketing and offers Strategic Consulting, Trade Cycle Management, Business Development Center (BDC) Training, Sales Academy Programs, Digital Sales Training and Digital Certification Programs to vehicle manufacturers, national sales companies (NCSs), finance companies and dealer groups.
The Academy is highly recognized in the Italian automotive market for its extensive expertise in the areas of Sales Training and Customer Engagement. Notably, the company owns a Customer Experience Center which draws on its in-depth industry knowledge to manage inbound and outbound customer engagement on behalf of vehicle manufacturers and dealers. Today, this center engages with approximately 40,000 end-customers annually.
This transaction brings together MSX’s expertise and The Academy’s leading local market position in Sales Training and Business Development Consulting in Italy and provides an opportunity to enrich MSX’s solutions portfolio in these areas.
The Academy has a unique specialization in Customer Experience (CX), which is a defining factor driving success across the mobility industry. The acquisition will enable MSX to accelerate its long-term strategic focus on customer engagement and expand its capabilities and deliver innovative solutions in line with the emergence of new agency models and digital servicing journeys.
