Deborah is Global Vice President of the Learning Solutions Value Stream at MSX International. She leads the team responsible for delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that motivate, develop and recognize, producing measurable value for individuals, teams and organizations.

Deborah joined MSX in 2019 as Director of Learning, leading the development and delivery of digital learning and development solutions for key automotive brands. Prior to MSX, Deborah held senior positions at organizations such as Pacific Technology Solutions, Urban Science, Harte Hanks, Inc. and Mitsubishi Motors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and an MBA in International Business from Loyola Marymount University, and brings extensive industry experience to the MSX team.
